First Hong Kong subject added

Please welcome our first Hong Kong subject. Though the 20-year-old woman spent much of her early life in the Philippines — and also has lived in the United States — she is a good example of a Hong Kong citizen who is fluent in English. The sample was submitted by IDEA associate Editor Marco Sciascia.
