Introducing a new Caribbean country: Curaçao

Thanks to Associate Editor Tshari King, we have a new Caribbean country in our IDEA family of nations: Curaçao. We welcome the new nation, which is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, by introducing two subjects, a man and a woman, both in their 20s.
