IDEA welcomes new nation: Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic is now part of IDEA. The first sample from that country, courtesy of Founder and Director Paul Meier, is a female in her 20s, from Santo Domingo.

We also have a new Chinese sample from Bill McCann: Guangxi 2.
