Welcome two new subjects and senior editor

Congratulations to Deric McNish, who — with his 31st and 32nd submissions — now joins the ranks of IDEA senior editors. (Congrats also to IDEA contributor Jason Dernay, who has assisted Deric on many submissions.) Deric and Jason’s latest submissions are two African-American students, one from Chicago and the other from Detroit. They are Illinois 18 and Michigan 20.  These two subjects are part of IDEA’s continuing efforts to expand the cultural and racial diversity of our samples from the United States.
