Welcome another important Tennessee subject

Courtesy of IDEA contributor Jacqueline Springfield, we now have another excellent subject from the U.S. state of Tennessee. Tennessee 17 is a 66-year-old Black man from Jackson. His addition is another important step in achieving better racial and ethnic representation among our subjects in the American South.
