Say hello to a new African nation: Zambia

Please welcome a new country to the IDEA family of nations: Zambia. Zambia 1 is actually a relabeling of our old India 7, which was contributed by Elizabeth Ahrens and Paul Meier in 2002. Though the subject was born in India and retains some Indian sounds, she moved to Lusaka, Zambia, at age 3 and learned English there, so the Zambia label is more accurate.
