IDEA adds Manitoba, Missouri samples

The Archive now has a new sample from Manitoba, Canada, and also one from Kansas City, Missouri, U.S. The Canadian sample is from Senior Editor John Fleming while the Missouri contribution, our first of an African-American in that state, is from new IDEA contributor Paula Cavanaugh Carter. Though the Missouri subject was raised mostly in Kansas City, she does have St. Louis influences.
