Welcome new country and associate editor

Please welcome a new associate editor to IDEA: Sarah Maria Nichols. We’d also like to introduce a new country whose previous absence represented a pretty big hole in our archive: Portugal. Although the new sample is technically the second sample from Portugal, it’s the first from the mainland part of the country, as the first Portuguese subject is from the Azores.
