Welcome unique Arkansas subject

Please welcome our latest subject from the U.S. state of Arkansas. Arkansas 25 is part of Associate Editor Ben Corbett‘s project to record a subject from every county of Arkansas.

But this subject is unique, as he’s Vietnamese, thus adding some welcome ethnic and cultural diversity to our mostly White group of Arkansas subjects.
